Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2023

This Privacy Policy governs how GXA Network Services, LLC DBA GXA ("GXA") collects, uses, maintains and discloses information from website users of https://www.gxait.com ("Site"). It applies to the Site and all products and services offered by GXA.

Personal Identification Information

GXA may collect personal identification information in various ways, including when users visit the site, register, subscribe to newsletters, fill out forms, or engage in other activities.

Users may be asked for name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. Site visits are anonymous, and personal information is only collected when voluntarily submitted.

Non-Personal Identification Information

The company may collect non-personal identification information about user interactions, including browser name, computer type, technical connection information, operating system, and internet service provider details.

Cookies, Analytics, and Your Choices

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies in three categories. You can change your choices at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer of any page.

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the Site to function and for security. These cannot be switched off.
  • Analytics. Helps us understand which pages are useful and where the Site is confusing. This includes Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity.
  • Marketing. Supports our own sales and advertising, including HubSpot, RB2B, Apollo, and Microsoft Advertising.

Session replay. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with pages — mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling — so we can find and fix usability problems. Clarity is configured to mask sensitive text, including email addresses and information you type into forms, so that content is not sent to or stored by Clarity. We do not use these recordings to identify individual visitors.

How your choices are applied. Your location determines the default:

  • United States and most other regions. Analytics cookies load by default, and you may opt out at any time through Cookie Settings. Marketing cookies do not load until you choose to accept them.
  • European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. No analytics or marketing cookies load until you give consent. Where we cannot determine your location, we apply this stricter default.

Global Privacy Control. If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a binding opt-out of analytics and marketing cookies in every region, and nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies will load unless you later choose otherwise.

You may also configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are sent, though some Site functionality may be affected.

How Information Is Used

GXA uses collected information to:

  • Improve customer service and respond to requests
  • Personalize user experience
  • Improve the Site
  • Process payments without sharing with outside parties
  • Run promotions, contests, and surveys
  • Send requested emails about topics of interest
  • Respond to inquiries

Information Protection

The company adopts appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices plus security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of personal information.

Sharing Personal Information

GXA does not sell, trade, or rent personal identification information. Generic aggregated demographic information may be shared with business partners, affiliates, and advertisers.

Third-party service providers may receive information for limited purposes with user permission.

Third-Party Websites

The Site contains links to partner sites. GXA doesn't control external site content or links and isn't responsible for their practices. Users should review those sites' own privacy policies.

AdRoll Advertising

AdRoll cookies enable retargeting advertising based on previous Site interactions. These techniques don't collect personal identifying information. Users may opt out of AdRoll's targeted advertising.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Notice

GXA doesn't track customers across third-party websites for targeted advertising. Browsers send two different privacy signals, and we treat them differently: we do not respond to the legacy Do Not Track (DNT) header, because there is no common standard for how it should be interpreted. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a binding opt-out — see Cookies, Analytics, and Your Choices.

Some third-party sites track browsing to tailor content. Third parties embedding content on GXA websites may set cookies or obtain IP address information, but cannot collect additional personally identifiable information unless directly provided.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah, residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

GXA does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. To the extent any third-party analytics or advertising tools used on this site (such as cookies described in the Cookie Settings) constitute a "sale" or "share" under these laws, you may opt out at any time.

To exercise your right to opt out:

  • Click "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any page on this Site to manage advertising and analytics cookies.
  • Enable Global Privacy Control in your browser or via an extension. We honor GPC automatically as a binding opt-out, with no further action needed from you.
  • Submit a request through our Contact page, or call (469) 330-7000.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days as required by law. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of authorization.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Access to Personal Information

Users can access their personal information. Verification of identity may be required.

GXA may reject unreasonably repetitive requests or those requiring disproportionate effort, risking others' privacy, or being impractical. Information access and correction is provided at no cost when feasible.

Policy Changes

GXA may update the privacy policy anytime, with changes reflected in the updated date. Users should review the policy periodically. Continued Site use following changes constitutes acceptance.

User Acceptance

By using the Site, users accept this policy. Non-acceptance means not using the Site.
